نامه رسمی خانواده‌های اسیران فرقه رجوی در استان اردبیل به سازمان بین المللی کار: فرقه تروریستی رجوی از افراد متقاضی مهاجرت برای کار سوءاستفاده کرده است

جمعی از خانواده‌های اعضای گرفتار در فرقه رجوی از استان اردبیل به سازمان بین المللی کار نامه رسمی نوشتند.

به گزارش پایگاه خبری-تحلیلی فراق، در نامه این خانواده های دردمند و چشم انتظار خطاب به «گای رایدر»، مدیرکل سازمان بین المللی کار آمده است:

با تقدیم احترام، ما به عنوان جمعی از خانواده های اعضای گرفتار در سازمان تروریستی مجاهدین خلق از استان اردبیل در ایران، برآن شدیم تا مراتب اندوه و نگرانی خود را نسبت به سواستفادۀ تاریخی و فاحش آن گروه تروریستی از کارگران و سرنوشت نامشخص بسیاری از آنان در خلال سالیان طولانی اعلام داریم.

متاسفانه بررسی تاریخ تروریسم و مروری بر اقدامات و شیوه های گروه های تروریستی نشان می دهد که قشر شرافتمند کارگر همواره از اقدامات و نقشه های افراد و گروه های تروریستی متحمل آسیب های جدی گردیده است. چنان که گاه در زمرۀ قربانیان حملات این گروه های تروریستی ضدبشری بوده اند که شبیه آن در سال های اخیر در فجایع وحشتناک و فراموش نشدنی ارتکاب یافته از سوی داعش علیه کارگران (بومی و خارجی) بویژه در لیبی و عراق مشاهده گردید. علاوه بر این، همواره گروه های تروریست بر آن بوده اند تا با توجه به علل و زمینه های تروریسم (که شامل فقر، تبعیض، اختلاف طبقاتی و نارضایتی اجتماعی و عواملی از این دست می شود) با وعده های فریبنده و اغوای کارگران، ضمن عضوگیری از میان ایشان، درصدد بهره مندی از پتانسیل بالای این طبقۀ شریف و موثر اجتماعی برای دستیابی به مقاصد و اهداف پلید خود بوده اند.

متاسفانه پس از ایجاد ثبات نسبی در خاورمیانه از حدود اوایل دهۀ ۹۰ میلادی، گروه تروریستی مجاهدین خلق در یک روند سیستماتیک و برنامه ریزی شده، و در یک همدستی مجرمانه با برخی موسسات و نهادهای جعلی و خودساختۀ مستقر در کشورهای همسایه تحت عنوان موسسات کاریابی و معرفی شغل، با ترسیم فضایی بهشت گونه و شرایط آرمانی از کشور مقصد و محیط شغلی، برخی افراد جویای کار یا در اندیشۀ مهاجرت به اروپا را فریفته و بدون هرگونه اطلاع قبلی به فرد، در میانۀ راه، آنان را از طریق قاچاقچیان انسان -وابسته به خود آن گروه- به کمپ جهنمی اشرف در عراق روانه می ساختند.

این روزها که مصادف با روز جهانی کارگر است بسیاری از این افراد که اکنون دیگر در سنین میانسالی یا پیری خود به سر می برند، مایوس و سرخورده از هر دورنمای امیدوارکننده ای، در محرومیت مطلق از بسیاری حقوق انسانی خود، دور از خانه و کاشانه در کمپ این فرقۀ تروریستی در آلبانی به سختی روزگار می گذرانند. متاسفانه بسیاری از اعضای گرفتار در این فرقه ضدانسانی از کارگران فریب خورده ای هستند که به صورت غیرارادی و ناخواسته سر از کمپ اشرف در عراق درآورده و در آنجا به هر دلیلی ماندگار شدند. کافیست اندکی در این خصوص تحقیق و بررسی گردد.

عالیجناب؛

نظر به اینکه سازمان بین المللی کار به عنوان یک نهاد تخصصی ریشه دار وابسته به سازمان ملل متحد، که  نقش والایی در تامین حقوق کارگران و برقراری عدالت داشته و  اساسا فلسفۀ وجودی و رسالت این نهاد، جلوگیری از استثمار طبقۀ کارگر و دفاع از آنان اعلام گردیده است و از سویی نیز این افراد واقعا با انگیزه های شرافتمندانۀ کاریابی و تامین نیازهای خانوادگی خود قصد عزیمت به خارج از موطن خود نمودند، به گونه ای که می توان به معنای حقیقی کلمه، آنان را قربانیان قاچاق انسانی سیستماتیک و نظام مند دانست که سالها از سوی منافقین تداوم داشته است، علیهذا به مناسبت روز جهانی کارگر از حضرتعالی و سازمان متبوع تان و نیز نمایندگان جوامع کارگری حاضر در آن نهاد معظم بعنوان متولیان اصلی حمایت از حقوق کارگران درخواست می کنیم ضمن اعلام محکومیت هرگونه سواستفاده ای از  وضعیت کارگران یا افراد متقاضی مهاجرت برای کار، نسبت به بررسی موضوع و تعیین وضعیت افراد مستقر در کمپ این سازمان تروریستی جدیت به خرج داده و از نمایندگان دولت های ذیربط (شامل ایران، آلبانی و عراق) گزارشات لازم در این خصوص را اخذ نموده و اقدامات مقتضی برای حفاظت از این افراد و بازگشت آنان به کشور را اتخاذ فرمایید.

Honorable Director-General of the International Labor Organization

 Dear Mr. Guy Ryder

Respectfully yours, we, as a group of families of members of the Mojahedeen Khalq terrorist organization (MEK or MKO) from Ardabil province at Islamic Republic of Iran, expressed our  grievances, sorrows and concerns about the historical and gross abuses of that terrorist group  (MEK) of workers and the uncertain fate of many of them during last years.

 Unfortunately, a historic considering on the terrorism and reviewing the actions and practices of terrorist groups shows that the honorable class of workers has always suffered serious damages from the actions and plots of  terrorist groups.  As they have sometimes been among the victims of attacks committed by these inhumane groups, similar to the horrific and unforgettable crimes committed by ISIS forces against workers (local and foreign), especially in Libya and Iraq in recent years.  In addition, terrorist groups have always sought to recruit own members from among workers via deceptive promises and seduce them,  (especially given the causes and roots of terrorism which include poverty, discrimination, class gaps, social dissatisfaction, and so on). they have also sought to take advantage of the high potentials of this respectable and influential social class to achieve their evil goals and objectives.

 sadly, after the establishment of relative stability in the Middle East around the early 1990s, the MEK terrorist group has deceived some job seekers or those thinking of migrating to Europe countries in a systematic and planned process, and in a criminal conspiracy with some fake and self-made institutions based in neighboring countries (especially in Turkey) under the title of employment agencies, by depicting a paradisiacal atmosphere and ideal conditions from the destination country.  Then, in the middle of the road,  they were involuntarily sent to Camp Ashraf in Iraq through human  traffickers –affiliated with MEK- without any prior notice to them.

 These days, which coincide with International Workers’ Day, many of these people, who are now in middle or old age, are disappointed and frustrated with any promising prospects, in absolute deprivation of many of their human rights. they difficultly Lives in the camp of this terrorist cult in Albania, away from home.  Unfortunately, many of the members of this anti-human sect are deceived workers who were sent Camp Ashraf in Iraq involuntarily and remained there for different reasons.  It is enough to do a little research and study in this regard.

 Dear Mr. Ryder;

 Considering that, in one hand,  the International Labor Organization as a well-established specialized agency affiliated with the United Nations, has played a major role in ensuring the rights of workers and the establishment of justice, and essentially the duty and function of this organization is to prevent the exploitation of the laborer and defending them.  On the other hand, these people really leave their homeland with honorable motives, intended to finding work and meeting their family needs, so that they can be considered as victims of systematic and planned human trafficking (in the true sense) which has been continued by the MEK for years. therefore, on the occasion of International Workers’ Day, we demand Your Excellency and your great organization, as well as the representatives of the workers in ILO, as the main supporters of workers’ rights, to condemn any abuse of status of workers or  Immigrants seeking work, investigating this matter seriously and checking the situation of those present in the camp of MEK. moreover, we ask you to receive the necessary reports from the representatives of the relevant states (including Iran, Turkey, Albania and Iraq) and take appropriate measures to  protecting of these individuals and their return to the own country, finally.
