خانواده‌های عضو انجمن نجات استان اردبیل، کارزاری تشکیل داده و از نمایندگی نهادهای حقوق بشری در ایران خواستار پیگیری علت مسئولیت‌ناپذیری سازمان ملل در مورد وضعیت آلبانی شدند.
به گزارش فراق، در متن ارسالی جمعی از خانواده های اسیران فرقه رجوی و اعضای نجات یافته از این فرقه، خطاب به «ایوو فریسن»، نماینده کمیسر عالی آژانس پناهندگان سازمان ملل متحد در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، «اشتفان پریزنر»، هماهنگ‌کننده مقیم سازمان ملل متحد در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، «علی اشرف مجتهد شبستری»، ریاست دفتر امور بشردوستانه سازمان ملل متحد در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، «نامیگ حیدروف»، رئیس دفتر هماهنگ کننده یونامی در ایران، «زهره الهیان»، رئیس کمیته حقوق بشر مجلس شورای اسلامی، آمده است:
سازمان مجاهدین خلق (فرقه تروریستی رجوی) وقتی در عراق بود، صلیب سرخ جهانی تمام مسائل مربوط به آن را پیگیری نموده و هر از گاهی با تعدادی از اعضای این فرقه که تحت بررسی این نهاد بودند، دیدار و گفت‌وگو می‌کرد.
وقتی فرقه از عراق به آلبانی نقل مکان کرد و یا بهتر بگویم به اجبار رانده شد، تمامی کارهای مهاجرت را کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان سازمان ملل دنبال می کرد تا به سرانجام برسد.
ولی هم اکنون این دو نهاد بین المللی و جهانی کجا هستند و چه می‌کنند؟ آیا فراموش کرده اند نمامی افرادی که در فرقه رجوی هستند توسط آنان ثبت شده و کوچکترین مسائل آنان در آرشیوهای این سازمان ها قابل بررسی است؟ از تصویربرداری، انگشت نگاری و مصاحبه های خصوصی گرفته تا سایر مسائل دیگر.
چرا در حال حاضر از این نهادهای حقوق بشری هیچ اثری در خصوص افرادی که توسط خود این نهادها ثبت شده و برایشان پرونده تشکیل شده است، نیست؟
آیا حقوق بشری که آنان دنبال می کردند و همچنان از آن دم می زنند تاریخ شروع و پایان داشت که دیگر به خاطر اینکه تاریخ مصرفشان به انتها رسیده است مسئولیت هایشان را ترک و دیگر برایشان وضعیت افراد گرفتار در کمپ کاری اجباری «اشرف ۳» و افراد جدا شده از این مقر اهمیت ندارد؟
چرا به هیچ یک از نامه هایی که خانواده ها برایشان می نویسند و درخواست کمک دارند پاسخ نمی دهند؟ در این سالیان انبوهی از پدران، مادران، خواهران و برادران کسانی که در داخل فرقه رجوی هستند نامه نگاری کردند ولی دریغ از یک جواب، دریغ از یک پیگیری و دنبال کردن خواسته این خانواده ها.
سوال اساسی این است که اگر این سازمان های بین المللی زنده هستند چرا به وظایف خود عمل نمی کنند، اگر قادر به انجام وظایفشان نیستند بهتر نیست که درب دفاتر و نمایندگی هایشان را پلمپ کرده و پی کارشان بروند؟
نکته حائز اهمیت دیگر اینجاست که این نهادها از سازمان ملل بابت حضورشان حقوق دریافت می کنند، این حقوق توسط کشورهای جهان به حساب سازمان ملل ریخته می شود تا آنان بتوانند پاسخگوی نیازهای جامعه بشری در خصوص «حقوق بشر» باشند، اما گویا حقوق بشری که آنان دنبال می کنند از نوع و جنس دیگری است و کشورها و افراد خاصی را در بر می‌گیرد!
قدر مسلم حقوق بشری که برخی از نمایندگی این نهادها دنبال می‌کنند کاملا تبعیض آمیز است و گویا این چارچوب ها منطبق با شرایط خانواده هایی که در جستجوی فرزندان خود در ایران هستند نمی باشد.
عواملی که موجب شده است این سازمان ها از پاسخگویی طفره بروند و به مسئولیت های خود نپردازند را در دو محور زیر می توان جستجو کرد:
۱- ورود برخی کشورهای سلطه گر مانند آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی به سیاست های اجرایی این نهادی های بین المللی
۲- نفوذ عوامل فرقه تروریستی رجوی در این سازمان ها با پیشنهاد های مالی وسوسه انگیز
فرقه رجوی در هر دو مورد، موفق عمل کرده و از دو زاویه وارد تصمیم گیری های این سازمان ها می شود. صلیب سرخ که بهانه می آورد رهبران سازمان مجاهدین با صلیب سرخ جهانی هیچ همکاری نمی کنند، از سویی می گویند افرادی که در داخل کمپ «اشرف ۳» واقع در آلبانی هستند مشمول شرایط جنگی نمی باشند و از مسئولیت های صلیب سرخ خارج است!
بر اساس شهادت نجات یافته های فرقه رجوی، سفارت آمریکا در آلبانی به شدت در خصوص تصمیم گیری های کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان دخالت کرده و به دولت مردان آلبانیایی دستور داده که کاری به سازمان مجاهدین و رهبران آن نداشته باشند، اما در عین حال چندی پیش وزارت خارجه آمریکا صراحتا بیانیه ای صادر کرد و گفت که مطلقا در امور سازمان مجاهدین خلق دخالتی نداشته و آنها را حمایت نمی کند! در حالی که تمام شواهد عکس این را ثابت می کند.
بی سبب نبود که حدود سه سال پیش کمیساریای عالی سازمان ملل در امور پناهندگان آلبانی به افراد جدا شده در این کشور گفت که دیگر در امور آنان نمی تواند وارد شود و به طور ناگهانی تمامی ارتباطات خود را قطع کرد. تنها توصیه ای که به افراد جدا شده در آلبانی کردند این بود که برای تامین هزینه های خود بهتر است به سازمان مجاهدین مراجعه نمایند!
از آن به بعد بود که توطئه های زیادی شکل گرفت، توطئه هایی که نقشه آن از سوی رهبران جنایتکار فرقه رجوی کشیده شد و توسط بخشی از پلیس فاسد آلبانی به اجرا در می آید.
اما نهادهای بین المللی بدانند، خانواده، اولین کانون حقوق بشر جهان تا آخرین لحظه وجود و توان، پیگیر حقوق از دست رفته خود و عزیزانش خواهد بود و این کارزار تا حصول نتیجه ادامه دارد.

The families of the Ardabil Province Nejat society organized a campaign and demanded the representation of human rights institutions in Iran to follow up on the cause of the irresponsibility of the United Nations regarding the situation in Albania.
According to Faraq’s report, in the note sent by the families of Rajavi’s sect captives and rescued members of this sect, addressed to ” Ivo Freijsen “, the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the Islamic Republic of Iran, “Stefan Priesner”, Resident Coordinator of the United Nations in the Islamic Republic of Iran, “Ali Ashraf Mojtahed Shabestri”, Head of the United Nations Humanitarian Affairs Office in the Islamic Republic of Iran, “Namig Heydarov”, Head of the UNAMI Coordinator Office in Iran, “Zohre Elahian “, Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Islamic Council, it is stated:
When the People’s Mojahedin Khalq Organization (Rajavi’s terrorist sect) was in Iraq, the International Red Cross followed up on all the issues related to it and from time to time met and talked with a number of members of this sect who were under investigation by this organization.
When the sect moved from Iraq to Albania, or rather, was forced out, all the immigration work was followed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees until it was completed.
But where are these two international and global institutions and what are they doing? Have they forgotten that the names of people who are in the Rajavi’s sect were recorded by them and their smallest issues can be investigated in the archives of these organizations? From imaging, fingerprinting and private interviews to other issues.
Why is there no sign of these human rights institutions regarding the people who have been registered and their cases have been filed by these institutions?
Did the human rights that they pursued and talked about it had a beginning and an end date, and because their expiration date has come to an end, they have left their responsibilities, and they don’t care anymore about the situation of the people trapped in the forced labor camp in “Ashraf 3” and the separated people from this sect?
Why do they not respond to any of the letters that families write to them asking for help? In these years, a lot of fathers, mothers, sisters and brothers of those who are inside the Rajavi’s sect wrote letters, but there was no answer and no follow-up for the wishes of these families.
The essential question is that if these international organizations are alive, why are they not fulfilling their duties and if they are not able to fulfill their duties, is it not better to seal the doors of their offices and agencies and go after their work?
Another important point here is that these institutions receive salaries from the United Nations for their presence; these salaries are paid by the countries of the world to the account of the United Nations so that they can respond to the needs of human society regarding “human rights”, But it seems that the human rights that they follow are of a different kind and include only certain countries and people!
The certain value of human rights that some representatives of these institutions follow is completely discriminatory and it seems that these frameworks do not match the conditions of families in Iran who are looking for their children.
The factors that have caused these organizations to evade accountability and not fulfill their responsibilities can be found in the following two bases:
۱- The entry of some domineering countries such as the United States and the Zionist entity into the executive policies of these international institutions
۲- The influence of Rajavi’s terrorist sect agents in these organizations with tempting financial offers
The Rajavi’s sect has been successful in both cases and enters into the decisions of these organizations from both of these cases.
The Red Cross gives the excuse that the leaders of the Mojahedin Khalq Organization (Rajavi’s terrorist sect) do not cooperate with the International Red Cross, on the other hand they say that the people who are inside the “Ashraf 3” camp located in Albania are not subject to war conditions and are outside the responsibilities of the Red Cross!
Based on the testimony of the survivors of the Rajavi’s sect, the American embassy in Albania strongly interfered with the decisions of the High Commissioner for Refugees and ordered the Albanian government officials not to have anything to do with the Mojahedin Khalq Organization (Rajavi’s terrorist sect) and its leaders, but at the same time, not long ago, United States Department of State issued a statement and said that it has absolutely no involvement in the affairs of the Mojahedin Khalq Organization (Rajavi’s terrorist sect) and does not support them! While all the photographic evidence proves this.
It was not without reason that about three years ago, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Albania told the separated people in this country that they could no longer interfere in their affairs.
